Chambers of Commerce facilitate events. From seminars and business networking lunches to full-on exhibitions - all on a regular basis.

This can take up a huge amount of time to organise and manage, and is another area where having all of your data in one place really helps. You can easily create an event in Xeus, set visitor numbers, venue, price and anything else you need to within the event system, and then send a mass email out to members to invite them.

The member can then easily go to the site, login, and pay. Simple. Because their company is already in the system you know who they are, and if they register other contacts at their business then those contact get entered against their company profile within your database. The member then gets emailed the invoice along with an invitation for the event – and if they ever lose it, they can login to the members area of the website and download them both again.
