File Sharing
Most businesses want to share files, either with other members of staff or with customers.
This can be easily achieved with XEUS. You can either upload a file into the customers File Manager, to keep everything elegantly stored against their business. Or if you simply wanted to share a file with the rest of the organisation you can by uploading it to Resources.
Big Files
With XEUS you can upload files up to 1GB per file, so you can also use it as your off-site back-up facility.
Fully backed up
All information on XEUS is fully backed up and secure, so you know that your data is in safe hands. Everything stored is fully encrypted, and stored behind several layers of corporate level security as well as our own security layers.
Resources
Here you can upload important files to your organisation and set the visibility of a resource to certain groups of users (such as only head office, or everyone but not Delivery Partners for example).
