Create standard products and services

You can create products and services that can be applied to invoices, creating any nominal codes, descriptions, titles, transfer prices, cost of sales etc. That way you can standardise how invoices are produced and billed.

Quotes and Deals

As soon as you receive a new sales lead you can enter it into XEUS as a sales opportunity. From there you can track the sales process through to a Quote, and once the customer has agreed to the quote change it to a Deal – and a live ‘Job’.
