User Management

Each user in XEUS has a user profile where they can upload a photo of themselves, share their contact information such as email, direct dial and mobile number completely secure from the outside world.

User permissions

One of the great things about XEUS is being able to have a custom set of permissions on a per-user level, or create levels and apply them to users. This could mean that users with operational roles may not be able to see financial reporting for example, but management can. Or that managers can only see financials pertinent to them, but not the global overview. You have the ability to give each user custom permissions and manage your organisations hierarchy.

HR and Staff Administration

Should you want to adopt XEUS to manage your HR function, then user profiles is where users can access their information such as Holiday Requests, Pay Slips, Emergency contacts / Next of kin information, Timesheets and much more – all completely customisable to your organisation.
